In This video I show you How to use a Slow N Sear in the Weber Kettle 26 Inch. The Slow n Sear is as advertised. It held a steady temperature throughout the whole 4 hour cook and still had half full basket left. I highly recommend buying a slow n sear if you have a weber kettle.
