Art is sometimes described as a gateway to freedom. And for some women in Nepal, it's giving them an opportunity to escape conventional gender roles and enabling them to survive on their own. But in their looking to break free from the restrictions of tradition, they're doing it by using an art that is itself steeped in tradition.
