Brixham views of seventy year old Torbay councillor Robert Excell 'cycling' across Torbay from Torquay to Brixham in under an hour on the 1st September 2015.
To promote the Bay as a destination for cycling in all its forms, a flag for Torbay Velopark in Paignton was attached to the seabike.
The crossing followed a similar event in February which was in the opposite direction, and aimed to help with the development of plans for a major race event the following year in support of the RNLI, which could also include swimming and canoeing.
