Pizza Omelette
433 calories - 5 g net carbs - 23 G protein - 33 g fat
Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
30 g Mozzarella, grated
Seasoning
3 pinches Salt
3 pinches Pepper
2 pinches Red Chili Powder(optional)
Toppings
1-2 Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Bell Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Onions, chopped
Or topping to choice
Method
1. Pour eggs in a bowl and beat eggs until whisked well.
2. Add Seasoning and keep whisking until well blended.
3. Heat up Oil in a frying pan
4. Once heated up add Egg Mixture
5. Let the egg bake on medium to high flame from one side for 1-2 minutes (until done)
6. Gently push the edges towards the center using a flipper.
7. Flip the Omelette and turn down the heat to low
8. Spread tomato sauce on the omelette and add toppings.
9. Finally top with cheese and cover pan with a lid or Aluminium foil.
