Detached Single Family Homes:
Starting 2023 with 5.93 months of inventory, we saw a dip to 2-3 months from March to August. Inventory spiked to 8.36 months at the beginning of 2024, then stabilized around 6-7 months in Q2.
Condominium:
In 2023 we were around 2-3 months. In Quarter 2 this year we have went from 8.21 months to 14.09 months which is a strong buyers market. There are many factors that are impacting the condo market such as higher HOA dues, lower rental numbers and interest rates.
