Roi Jeko Nate is currently working as an ICU Nurse in a large hospital in eastern North Carolina. He applied with WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions when working as an international nurse in the United Arab Emirates. It took one and a half years from his initial application to now working as a nurse in the United States.
Roi shares the following advice for nurses around the world who are interested in beginning their immigration journey to the U.S., "I know so many nurses want to go to the U.S., and there are so many challenges I am going to tell you beforehand.
