In this video, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Saralananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how we can tune in with the universal love of the Christ Consciousness that was perfectly manifested in Jesus and all great spiritual masters.

The divine peace and joy we experience in meditation can motivate us to want to express more love outwardly — by praying for others and striving to practice kindness, consideration, forgiveness, and understanding toward all. In these ways our love can expand — and ultimately we can awaken and express the divine Christ Consciousness within our souls.

This talk, which includes a period of meditation, was recorded at the SRF temple in Fullerton, California, in December 2023.
