This is one of five performances January-March 1970, which were Leonie's final NY Sentas. She sang a beautiful Senta at Bayreuth with Donald McIntyre that summer, and her final Senta in Vienna on 14 June 1971 with Theo Adam. George London's last NY Dutchman had been in 1965; William Dooley sang the role in NY six times, all during 1970.
