One of our key end-of-year strategies is to set goals for the next year. Yes, I know you are not done with this year, however, we still need to start preparing and setting ourselves up for success.
Imagine:
It’s the end of 2024. You are sitting in your living room enjoying a festive drink celebrating a successful and more profitable year than previous years.
You think about how the "goals" you set enabled you and your team to be laser-focused on collectively completing tasks to hit your targets.
Reality:
Your sigh of relief turns to panic when you realize this is just a dream. You actually don't have any goals set, (nor do you know how to set them), and you are on target to complete 2024 either flat or below 2023 (that's if you've even checked on your numbers!).
