All that goes on around Lake Merritt; It's like a community within itself. The positive vibe is incredible. The sound of the drums is healing, comforting, and tribalism-like. People are kind, there are street vendors, street food, picnickers, music, dancing, musicians, artists, skaters, skateboarders, protests, celebrations, festivals……….
