Today a patient came to see Dr Rosh with concerns of her under eye filler.
Having previous tear trough filler done poorly by another practitioner has result in Tyndall Effect. The wrong type of dermal filler was used in the area & overfilled in the area caused a blue discolouration. The only solution to getting rid of Tyndall effect is dissolving the filler.
After having a consultation with Dr Rosh, we also decided to dissolve her lip filler. This patient had migrated lip filler. We suggest having a 2-week gap after dissolving to ensure everything is settled.
During the follow up appointment, Dr Rosh refilled the tear troughs. Lastly, we decided to add chin filler to balance the face and correct her set back chin.
