ICBC is a good auto insurance company. There's no doubt about that. They know what they're doing, they do a good job in collecting the information, determining who's at fault and adjusting claims. In fact, I think that ICBC is probably the most efficient auto insurance company in North America.

That's why we say to people, you shouldn't call ICBC right away after your accident. You need to know what to tell them and what not to tell them. You're really way better off to have a lawyer call ICBC on your behalf and that will prevent ICBC from getting any information that they shouldn't have.
