Did you know that Germany legalized weed?!

These are the only 3 countries in Europe that legalized weed. And they are not what you think. These countries are Malta and Luxembourg, and the new one is Germany. For example in the Netherlands, it's only decriminalized. But Germany made it legal on April first to carry up to 25 grams of dried cannabis and to grow up to 3 plants at their homes for personal use. Germans are now praying that it wasn't April fools.
