This is a guided activation with breathwork and mudras to activate your higher dimensional spiritual technology - the merkaba. The merkaba is a spiritual "vehicle" that connects you to the higher dimensions and divinity, and this meditation is focused on: raising your vibration, clearing out all illusions, and welcoming the energy and wisdom of your highest self into this incarnation. "Merkaba" translates roughly to "light body" or "chariot" of "spiritual light", depending on the language.
