Fun and quick way to create a mini chilli pepper plant. They're sometimes called Bonchi from the practice of bonsai where plants are grown to be miniature by minimizing the root growth in a small container. Pepper plants respond well to the process and produce fruit early... generally. I've successfully grown a number of Bonchi, including the Carolina Reaper.
