Trees for Seattle presents Seattle's Arbor Week Celebratory Planting at Judge Charles M. Stokes Overlook Park. Three Douglas-fir trees were planted at this park in Judge Stokes' honor in October 2020. Featuring an introduction by The Black Heritage Society of Washington's President, Stephanie Johnson-Toliver, and a story by Seattle Civic Poet, Jourdan Keith.
