Yang Tengbo, a suspected Chinese spy and "close confidant" of Prince Andrew, has been publicly identified after a court lifted an anonymity order shielding his identity.
Yang, banned from entering the UK, was excluded in 2023 by then Home Secretary Suella Braverman, who cited his involvement in "covert and deceptive activity" for the Chinese Communist Party.
The case resurfaced as Yang appealed his exclusion, arguing it was unlawful, before the Special Immigration Appeals Commission.
