Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
1 tsp each of paprika and Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
1 TBSP of minced garlic
2 jars of marinara sauce
1 lb of spaghetti
4 TBSP of butter
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 block (4 oz) of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP of dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Brown the ground beef with onions in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Drain grease.
Add minced garlic and 1 jar of marinara sauce to the beef mixture. Let it simmer on low.
In a bowl, combine ricotta, cottage cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. Mix well.
Once the spaghetti is cooked and drained, mix in the remaining jar of marinara sauce.
Spray a deep 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and add 4 TBSP of butter to the bottom.
Add half of the spaghetti to the baking dish.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the spaghetti.
Top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add the remaining spaghetti and layer with the meat sauce mixture.
Finish with 1 more cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
