Dried red chilli - 1
Curry leaves few
Garlic cloves - 3 ( finely chopped )
Ginger - 1/2 inch ( finely chopped )
Chicken breast large - 1 ( 200grams )
Turmeric powder -1/8 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Gram flour (Besan flour ) - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Thin coconut milk - 1 cup ( 250 ml )
Thick coconut milk - 1 cup ( 250 ml )
Noodles 1 packet (170 grams cooked )
Condiments :
Boiled eggs
Roasted & crushed peanuts
Lemon wedges
Coriander leaves chopped
Green onions chopped
Fried onions
