Charles Blow chats with David Cay Johnston, author of “The Making of Donald Trump,” about the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump’s business dealings.
Prosecutors in the case convened a grand jury, according to the Washington Post.
“This is very bad news for Donald,” Johnston says. “If he never runs for president, he could have gone about continuing his criminal behavior posing as a business person and nothing would have happened to him. But he made himself a target and now he’s seeing the fruits of that.”
