Hi and welcome to my channel. My name is Bec and I'm a mum of 4 from South Wales. My aim is to lose weight and get healthy, and I'd love for you to join me on my journey. You'll see all meals and snacks here and once a week a weigh in update.
I originally joined Slimming World in January 2016 to lose weight and get healthy, I was thrilled to have lost 3 and a half stone. Fast forward 18 months and we had a new kitchen fitted, I lost all motivation and slowly the weight crept back on...I ended up putting almost all (bar 3 pounds!) of my weight back on!
I rejoined in January 2020 and to date I've lost 1 stone 11 and a half. Lockdown happened and I had to make a decision...start daily uploads or roll out of the house when all this is over(trust me, it would've happened!)
Since deciding to upload daily it has given me more motivation. I've connected with some amazing people that have had INCREDIBLE weightlosses, and this definitely encourages me.
I love the support that everyone that's on the same kind of journey gives each other and that's so important when you're doing something so difficult.
