Jewelweed is an absolutely priceless addition to the treasure chest of life we have here in Cascadia, with some of the most gorgeous flowers in this part of the world. Also known as the Common Touch-Me-Not, Jewelweed forms these gorgeous yellow-orange flowers that form into explosive (literally) seed cones once they've been pollinated. Wound up almost like an elastic rubber-band, these little seed pods are actually a bit startling the first time they blow up in your fingers!
