MTDCNC spent a day at the Hainbuch factory in GMBH with the technical team from within the business. The Hainbuch Centrotex Quick Change Workholding solution is simply superb. It works on all turning machines and lathes and can be adapted to fit all types of spindle noses. The solutions themselves enable engineers to go from a 3 jaw chuck to a collet chuck or mandrel extremely quickly. Precision is the name of the game and when these changeovers take place they do so in a matter of minutes as shown in this demonstration.
