And it's not just you against Biden, it's you against the United States as well because your approval rating has fallen seven points in just the last seven days, seven points in seven days, you are now sitting at a 38% national approval rating. And the president has a tweet for that one too. He says a 96% approval rating in the Republican party. Thank you. No link, by the way. There's no, uh, indication of what poll this is, but by every poll we've seen, he does not. In fact have a 96% approval rating in the Republican party. So it was previous tweet said, CNN polls are fake. I, everybody loves me. The Dems are going to destroy America. Then he tweets out random number 96% approval rating in the Republican party.
Thank you. And that tweet, as of right now has over 200,000 likes over 30,000 shares. So why not just go big buddy or you're just making up numbers as it is. So why not just say a hundred? Why not go like 110%? The people who support you are so dumb, they would believe that because it takes that level of stupidity to actually look at Donald Trump and say, yeah, he's doing a great job. So why not just make up a higher number? The 96? Cause we all know it's fake. Anyway. He also tweeted out, by the way, this one's worth Mitch. He said the live stream media refuses to talk about our country's record setting jobs, numbers, which are indicating greatness. And soon, I don't know what an soon means there, but our record setting job numbers are right. They are setting records because we're almost at the level of unemployment that we had during the great depression.
So if that's what you mean by record setting, then hell yeah, we're breaking some records and now it's not so confusing as to why you're losing to a guy like Joe Biden by 14 points nationally. Literally the only thing Joe Biden has had to do is not talk, just lets you dig yourself into a hole and it has served Biden. Well, um, as I have repeatedly said, I do not think Biden can ride that strategy all the way to November, but it starting to look like I might be wrong about that. Trump is so incompetent that he continues to tank himself by doing nothing more than showing us what kind of a leader he is. And that's a failure.
