Mais Con Yelo literally "corn with ice" in Spanish is a delicious and refreshing summer treat.
A traditional dessert mix of crushed ice layered with corn kernels, cream corn and sweetened milk or sugar. Inspired by the popular special halo-halo, this is the minimalist version of layered shaved ice, corn kernels poured with milk and topped with crunchy cornflakes.
