Hi Guys, in todays video we show a quick money saving fix for the common P0299 Turbo Boost Pressure Regulation control range not reached (underboost) fault code that is common on Volkswagen Mk6 and Audi B8 2.0 TSI turbocharged CBFA CCTA CAEB EA888 engines found on 2009-2014 GTI’s, 2009-2017 Tiguans, 2009-2016 CC’s and 2009-2014 Audi A4’s
The center cartridge turbine journal bearing rarely goes out on these cars as long as you stay on top of the maintenance. The common problem is the loose wastegate lever which causes a underboost code that can be fixed either by heating up the wastegate lever and bending it with a hammer or with this new trick tool from Turbo Bend.
