Today I am installing the Cattle Panel Tomato cages to get ready to set out the tomato transplants. The cages were made using the standard cattle panels bought at Tractor Supply. Each cattle panel is 16' long by 50" high, and each panel makes one tomato cage. The finished cages are 8' tall, with about 1 foot buried in the soil. They are very durable, and can withstand very strong winds. I remove the cages in the fall and store them, and then re-install them in the spring for the new year.
This year I am planting less tomato plants to only have four of them. Each year we have to give away more and more tomatoes, so each year I raise a few less plants. This it is only 4 instead of the 6 we had last year.
After listening to the video, it is obvious that I need to get a new microphone which has better wind cancelling capability. The wind really affected the sound quality of this video, and I apologize for the poor sound during parts of the video..
