This time we drive to the St. Gotthard mountain pass in Switzerland. We also stayed for the night in the camper close to the pass summit which is at 2.106 meters above sea level. On the way, everything looked nice, sunny sky and so on. But as we got closer, it got darker and more cloudy. In the end, we were driving through clouds with very low visibility. But, since we had been there before, and used our Garmin Camper GPS, we found the planned spot to stay.
Staying there is free, just always remember to leave the place cleaner than when you arrived.
After this fabulous stay, we continued downwards on the old Tremola road, in the direction of the Nufenen mountain pass. See more about this in the coming video.

Ja i denne video kører vi op til det schweiziske bjergpas St. Gotthard. Her kan vi, sammen med en del andre campere, fricampe ved en lille sø (eller ved en af de andre søer. Passet ligger i en højde af 2.106 meter over havet. Dagen efter kører vi ned ad den gamle brostensbelagte Tremolavej. Så er vi på vej mod Nufenenpasset som er det højeste bjergpas i Schweiz (der kun ligger i Schweiz). Der er højere pas, men de ligger på grænsen mellem Schweiz og Italien, mere om dem senere på året....eller næste år.
