DESCRIPTION:
The APPLLP 6 is an Android 9 based single rotating camera smartwatch. The camera appears to exceed the 5MP spec by producing 13MP pictures! But the good news stops there. It looks like a solid, rugged build, but there’s no waterproofing IP rating, and it appears water could get in behind the external camera module where the ribbon cable enters the watch. Software wise there are a lot of things missing, like ability to tether to a phone app, no GPS integration with the fitness app, and several other issues revealed in the review. It’s hard to recommend this one unless you are attracted to the look.
