Hello everyone and welcome to another speedbuild!
Long time no see! Today I'm building a villa inspired by Italy on a 30x20 lot in Tartosa, with a fairly modern interior; this build has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, dining and living room + two study nooks for the whole family (but each bedroom has their own desk as well).
