A touching tribute to the late Cory Monteith given by Jane Lynch at the 65th Annual Primetime Emmys pulls on the heartstrings of millions!
Hey Guys—the highly anticipated memorial to the beloved Cory couldn't have been more perfect. Jane Lynch took the stage with a few special photos of Cory behind her to speak some thoughtful and hard hitting words about the late Finn Hudson, take a look:

Jane touched on all those who loved Cory and those who fell in love with Finn Hudson, saying, "It's impossible not to fall in love with him."
However, Jane didn't leave out the tough to talk about reason for Cory's passing: The drug addiction.
She prefeaced it saying, "He was not perfect which many of here can relate to." Continuing on, "His death is a tragic reminder of the rapacious, senseless destruction that is brought on by addiction."
But Jane didn't stay on this too long—bringing us back to the many reasons that Cory was such a loved man by all reminding us that quote, "this man was worthy of your love."
No sign of Lea Michele at this tribute—and no cutaways to cast members, but Jane couldn't have done a better job honoring a star we love and miss immensely.
And as Jane said, "Tonight we remember Cory for all he was and mourn the loss of what he could have been," and will always remember the light he brought to this world from the small screen and in all he came in contact with.
