Service Request Management previously known as Request Fulfillment takes care of any user-initiated query that is not an Incident. Here we can talk about users asking for stuff like software installations, additional hardware or how-to questions, however it is important to note, that users should not ask for things completely unrelated to the provided service. Therefore, it should be documented in the SLA what actually counts as an agreed Service Request.
