Just a quick video showing how the Bleak Watcher aspect Stasis Turrets proc the Momentum Transfer Mod every time they fire a burst that slightly damage a target. This gives you an insanely fast melee cool down no matter how low you strength stat is. I was rocking a 2 in strength and got my melee back at about the same time as my grenade with 9 discipline plus the Varity's Brow grenade energy buff. You seriously have to give this a try in your next Warlock Stasis build!
