St. Joseph County could be home to another major redevelopment. The redevelopment commission met early Thursday morning, layed the groundwork for developers to start looking in New Carlisle. This is separate from the GM/Samsung Battery Plant, but county officials are saying it could be "complimentary" to that GM lot.
