Renfe High speed train S-130 (commercial name Alvia) coming from Madrid direction Valladolid at El Goloso station (11 km away from Madrid).
This train can go up to 250 km/h in high speed lines (25kV AC, international gauge of 1435 mm) and up to 220 km/h in normal Renfe lines (3kV DC, Renfe gauge of 1668 mm)
This train is also called 'patito' (little duck).
A brother of this train is the Talgo 350 (also called pato (duck)), which can ride at higher speeds (350km/h), but it only works in international gauge tracks of 1435 mm and 25kV AC.
