On Monday, December 11th, City Council approved a rezoning for multiple properties on Colfax. The rezonings cover Council Districts 5, 8, 9, and 10 and will help to establish more housing, shopfronts, and outdoor patios.
On Wednesday, December 13th, the Safety, Housing, Education and Homelessness Committee sent to the full City Council a series of contracts to provide non-congregate shelters in Council Districts 8 and 9.
