Gloria Sesana, a donor to the Florida International University Scholarship Program, details her experience after personally meeting the recipient of her donation to the program. Gloria's donation was not only a personal decision after the passing of her father, but a gift to a student who once lived in her Bogota neighborhood when he was just a child. Gloria's contribution to the program allowed Princeton grad Fernando Aran to return to Miami to pursue his dreams in the medical profession, and allowed him to pursue such aspirations with the gift of full tuition.
