3. Flash the attached Xposed framework zip on the custom recovery.

Ans ) Dont fear We have a Fix

2) So lets tell me what the Fix??????????

Ans) Just Wipe Delvick cache And Cache In Recovery

Reboot system and Wait 5-10 Mins. It would Fixed bootloop....
