Fast bowler, Dale Steyn, has been ruled out of the South African cricket team for the third Test against England, which will start on Thursday at the Wanderers. He has not fully recovered from a shoulder injury that restricted his bowling in the first Test in Durban and also forced him to miss the second test of the series.
