Chicken Cheese Balls

Ingredients Chicken Cheese Mixture:
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 3 cups
Eggs (boiled & mashed) 5
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 ½ tsp

Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Balls:
Chicken cheese mixture as required
Bread crumbs as required
All-purpose flour as required
Beaten eggs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Cheese Mixture:
1. In a bowl add chicken, eggs, cheese, mayo, salt, black pepper powder, hot sauce, dark soy sauce, mustard paste and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Cheese Balls Preparation:
2. Take prepared chicken cheese mixture in the palm of your hand and make a ball shape.
3. Now dip in beaten eggs, coat them in flour, dip in beaten eggs again and then coat in bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry them until crispy and fully done. Your Chicken Cheese Balls are ready. Serve and enjoy.
