How can we then quickly consolidate what we know and don’t know on specific development programmes or themes?
In this 3ie How-to video, 3ie’s Birte Snilstveit shows how the innovative evidence gap map can address this challenge. 3ie’s evidence gap maps provide a graphical and colourful display of areas with strong, weak or non-existent evidence on the effects of development programmes. Birte shows us how the gap map’s dynamic and interactive web platform can be a valuable tool for researchers, policymakers and programme managers.
