Admittedly not the best footage from focus or positioning perspective. But good enough to show the behaviour - and gives me the incentive to keep trying for better!
This was filmed in my parents' back yard. Three blue tit chicks were continuously calling to be fed. Two were following their parents all around the garden, but one preferred to remain in a tree and have food delivered. The chicks look pristine but the adults look very bedraggled, worn down by the workload involved in catching enough grub to feed three hungry and demanding mouths.
Filmed June 2022 using Canon 6dmii and Canon 70-300mm IS II USM lens. Processed using Davinci Resolve.
