What a difference a week makes! It was Canadian Thanksgiving, and I decided, once again, to head up to my happy place, Algonquin Park, to enjoy some relaxation and rafting in the solitude and beauty of nature, which I love so much. When I left, the forecast predicted a possibility of some rain, and a nightly low of about 6°C. Boy, did that change! I brought along my beloved Canadian Tire, two-person youth Outbound tent. Big mistake! I still had a wonderful time, but the trip ended abruptly with a major tent fail. Come along for this snowy, leaky, fun adventure!

By the way, I did end up, throwing out the air mattress, but am salvaging the tent and keeping it as a fairweather favourite.
