At Sura Dog Training, we often hear from our clients and our veterinarian friends that many dogs are uncomfortable or stressed when they visit their vet.

It’s completely understandable. Without the proper preparation and socialization, a dog will not naturally enjoy being handled--especially by a stranger and especially when the pup may not be feeling her best.

With that in mind, we created this FREE video to help pet parents safely and easily prepare their puppy or adult dog to go to the vet. In our video, we demonstrate how to effectively teach a dog to enjoy being handled. We also show people how to practice having your dog get on the scale, enjoy going for rides in the car, and more! As always, we use only gentle, science-based, positive reinforcement training methods.
