But, when you're putting down a 5% deposit, a common mistake is to submit an application to a high street lender because they state they will lend up to 95% for shared ownership mortgages, when in reality they may ask for a 10 or 15% deposit because you're buying a new build property. In this video, I will discuss how to buy a new build home the right way. Lets get to it.
