The HP Omen and Lenovo Legion 7 are very close in performance. They stand apart however in thermal temperatures, build quality, and features. The Lenovo Legion 7 has slightly better build quality in regards to nearly all aluminum chassis (the vents are plastic on the sides), whereas the HP Omen has only an aluminum keyboard deck.

The Lenovo Legion 7 also has better thermal performance compared to the HP Omen.
