In the second instalment of Women of the Resistance, Dimitri Lascaris speaks with Palestinian-Canadian artist, Rehab Nazzal.
In 2015, Rehab was shot by an Israeli sniper in occupied Bethlehem.
Decades earlier, agents of the Mossad murdered Rehab's brother, Khaled Nazzal, in the streets of Athens, Greece.
Through it all, Rehab's art has remained true to the struggle for Palestinian freedom and dignity.
Although Rehab is free to reside in Canada, she chooses to live under Israel's brutal occupation so that she can document the pain and resilience of her people, and tell their story, through her art, to the world.
A trailer for Rehab's short documentary, Vibrations, can be seen here: [ Ссылка ].
Rehab is active on Instagram. Her handle on that platform is @rehabnazzal.
