Iraqi media quoted a civil defence official who said that the exterior of the wedding hall which caught fire on Tuesday was partially constructed with highly flammable cladding. More than 110 people were killed in the fire, reportedly started by fireworks. Mohamed Amer from the International Code Council has more on how widespread this cladding is.
