A jig for the manufacture of small batches of double torsion springs on a metal working lathe. This spring is of 3mm piano wire for springs. After making the spring you must heat treat the spring at 260 deg C for one hour. Don't forget to use gloves and eye protection; there's a lot of energy in that spring during winding that can do serious damage.
