Dileesh Pothan in this exclusive interview shares his personal views and career. He is debuting as an independent director through the movie Maheshinte Prathikaaram, starring Fahadh Faasil and others. Earlier he was assistant to Director Aashiq Abu who is the producer of Maheshinte Prathikaaram. He assisted Aashiq Abu in movies like 22 Female Kottayam, Da Thadiya and Gangster. He was the chief Associate in Tamaar Padaar. Dileesh Pothan has also acted in various films like 22 Female Kottayam, Idukki Gold, Gangster and Iyobinte Pusthakam. He was well applauded for his role in Salt N' Pepper. Dileesh Pothan is basically from Kottayam and holds an M.Phil in Theatre Arts at MG University, Kottayam.
